Garment Returns

Garments can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund [excluding carriage] provided they are in original condition. Returns can only be accepted if the garments are unworn and unmarked in any way. Labels must still be attached to garments. Any garments which are not in a saleable condition or returned due to incorrect use will not be refunded.

We would advise returning via Royal Mail using 'Proof of Posting'.

We regret we cannot accept the return of Gum-shields or Socks - these are non-refundable.

When placing an order or if printed on your order form it shows the text This size is non-returnable this is a special requested garment so sorry these items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We will try to process all refunds within 10 working days of receipt, however at busier times such as 'Back to School' please allow up to 28 working days.

We will reclaim carriage charges on refunded orders if the item/items refunded take the original order below the free carriage threshold.

Replacement Garments

Please order again on-line to ensure a faster delivery.

Damaged/Faulty Garments

If garments are found to be damaged or faulty on receipt please call us on 0191 2715454 or email within 2 weeks of delivery.
